Wildwoods is a very different company.  There really is only one company policy.  To ride the line of best case scenario. It is the compromise between the negative sense of people and their hidden abilities to be positive and have energy.  It takes an undying positive attitude from supervisors and staff that can only come from their confidence and experience as (managers). Management meaning no longer concerned about yourself, it’s about bringing out and supporting the highest abilities of your people for real.  Learning how to listen and actually hear is the key. 

My vision is to get to a point where Wildwoods runs itself.  A bunch of pros working together for the common goal of completing the season.  Everyone feels appreciated by good wages and good times.  All staff give 110% to make sure your season runs smoothly. 

This creates loyalty and a good work ethic which creates better production and respect for each other's efforts.  Every moan, groan and complaint is the immaturity of the individual.  It is never anyone’s right to complain and ruin anyone else’s experience.  Wildwoods has steadily earned the right to expect this from planters.
